Use this guide to learn how to activate and use Conference Calling. You'll also find FAQs in the tabs below.


Initiating a conference call
What type of device do you have?

EVDO/1XRTT phone

Steps

  1. Connect three people by dialling the first number, then pressing SEND or the phone icon. Wait until the party answers.
  2. Press SEND or the phone icon to place the current caller on hold. Wait for a dial tone.
  3. Dial the second number and press SEND or the phone icon. Wait until the second person answers.
  4. Press SEND or the phone icon again to connect all three people.

HSPA phone

Steps

  1. Connect up to five people by dialling the first number and then pressing SEND or the phone icon. Wait until the person answers.
  2. Use the on-screen menu and select Options or Add Caller and then dial the second person.
  3. Once the second person has answered, repeat the second step to add up to five people.
